Ontario - Russell Owens Bean Jr., 72, of Ontario died Oct 29 at Chino Valley Medical Center.
He was born in Laramie, Wy., and lived in Ontario 20 years.
He was a security officer for Xerox Corp for 25 years.
He was an Air Force veteran.
Mr. Bean is survived by his wife Irene, two daughters, Pamela McGuffin of Rancho Cucamonga and Anita Fox of Upland; two sons, Edward McGuffin of Melbourne, Fla., and Douglas McGuffin of Columbus, Miss; four sisters, Donna Wimer of Colstrip, Mont. Ione Baker of Inyokern, Florence Huether of Baker, Mont., and Bonnie Bean of Bakersfield; three brothers, William Bean of Bakersfield, Raymond Bean and Robert Bean, both of Missoula, Mont.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. today at Riverside National Cemetery, Staging Area No. 5 Riverside. Interment will follow.
Pierce Bros. Griffith Mortuary, Chino is in charge of arrangements.
