He is survived by his sons, Wayne and David Kaohi, both of Honolulu; daughter, Debra Kaohi of Honolulu; caregivers, Larry and Valerie Freitas of Kalaheo; brothers, Clarence (Lily) Kaohi of Eleele, and Ronald (Margie) Kaohi of Honolulu; sisters, Mercedes Ching of Hanapepe, Betty Kaleohano of Hanapepe, and Arlene (Edmund) Naholoholo of California; five grandchildren; one hanai-grandson; eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
