FLORENCE M. ARNOLD, 88, of Pine Tree Lane, formerly of East Greenwich, died Monday at Briarcliffe Manor Nursing Home in Johnston. She was the wife of the late Lester W. Arnold.
Born in East Greenwich, a daughter of the late George and Roseanna (Blanchette) Northup, she lived in East Greenwich most of her life.
She leaves a son, Lester W. Arnold Jr. of Richmond; three daughters, Patricia Y. Critchlow of West Greenwich, Pamela J. Daily-Coyle of Coventry, and Bernice L. Pykosz of East Greenwich; 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Gloria A. Greene and Joan A. Cole.
The funeral service will be private. Burial will be in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown.
