Funeral services for Vivian Carrie Estes, 92, of Trussville will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006, at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, Elder Heath Williams and Coy Brothers officiating, with burial in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Estes died Monday, Jan. 16 at her residence. She was born April 15, 1913, to William Martin and Emma Hendricks Cook. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Marshall Franklin Estes.
Survivors include a son, Marshall David Estes of Moody; a daughter, Carol Sue (Carl) Sundlin of Orlando, Fla.; a grandson, James Michael (Melissa) Estes of Cullman; a granddaughter, Deborah Jane (Mark) Smith of Trussville; four great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
