He was born June 21, 1958, in Riverton, Wyo., the son of Noble O. Adfield and Bessie J. (Bandy) Adfield. The family moved frequently when Noel was young due to his father's work on the interstate highway system in the Western United States. They finally settled in Jerome in 1966.
Noel received his GED and went on to become a licensed electrician, working mainly in Wyoming and Missouri.
Noel is survived by two daughters, Madori and Mariah, who reside in Missouri; his sisters, Leevon (Alan) Lieberman of Pleasanton, Calif., Emmie (Rex) Lytle of Twin Falls and Nancy (Rod) Grzadzieleski of Boise; four nephews; two nieces and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Noble Adfield; his mother, Bessie Atwood; and his stepfather, Homer Atwood.
A private family graveside service was held Friday, July 5, at Twin Falls Cemetery.
