Mrs. Gertrude Styles Self, of Birmingham, died Tuesday. She was a member of Chapel Hills Baptist Church, McDonald's Chapel. She was a member of Chapter 236 of the Order of the Eastern Star and Rebecca Lodge 18 of Mulga. Funeral will be 1 pm Friday at Crestview, with burial in Bethel Cemetery, Bradford. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Katherine Self Little, Birmingham; five sons, Elzie D., and Claude D. Self, both of Birmingham, Don Wayne Self, Morris, Carvwin Y. (Bud) Self, Paragould, Ark., and Milford D. Self, Greensboro, NC; a sister, Connie Glenn, Sacramento, Calif., and two brothers, Danis Styles, Hackensack, NJ and W.H. (Bill) Styles, Houston.
