Ruth Anna Myers

Of 701 13th St., formerly of Roaring Spring, died at 9:15 p.m. Saturday in Valley View Home.

She was born at Flowing Spring June 8, 1880, a daughter of William R. and Lucinda (Mary) Larkins.

In 1903 she was married to John E. Myers, who died in 1951. Surviving are one brother, William of Altoona; one sister, Mrs. Julia Marks of Scalp Borough and one grandchild. Two children are deceased.

She was a member of the First Mennonite Church, Altoona.

Friends will be recieved at the Thompson Funeral Home, Roaring Spring after 4 p.m. today.

*Ruth's first husband was William Marks, son of Andrew and Catherine (Koch) Marks, and brother of Jacob Marks who married her sister Julia. He died ca. 1899.
