Obituary:

Ida M. Bach was born February 5th, 1869. Died after a long illness November 24, 1901. She was laid to rest in the family cemetery November 26, 1901.

She has been a patient sufferer for several years and bore all her suffering in a kind and loving way and was always ready to greet her friends, who did their utmost to brighten her hours with a cheerful smile.

She leaves a mother, one sister and five brothers, besides a host of friends to mourn the loss of a loving daughter, sister and friend.

Although this event is one of the saddest, it leaves as a great comfort to the mother and family as the life of Ida was one to leave behind an example, a noble record, and a memory that is sweet to all. Weep not dear mother for the loved one, she has gone to him who doeth all things well.

The bereaved ones have the sympathy of the entire community in the loss of their loved one.

God has called our darling,
She has left our side.
In Heaven we shall meet her,
When we have crossed the tide.
When we pass this world of shadows,
With its dark and chilling tide,
In that bright and golden palace,
We shall meet our darling there.
We will not mourn four our loved one,
She has only gone before.
Trust in God and you shall meet her
On the bright celestial shore.
