"On 15 Oct 1845 Henry Sellers of West Buffalo Twp., Union, Pa., made his will: the will was prob. on 10 July 1846. He provided for his wife Margaret and appointed his sons George and Samuel as executors. He bequeathed property to his dau. Mary, his dau. Margaret Housel, and his granddaughter Margaret Reed, the latter under 21 years of age. His son Aaron received the farm "where I now live"."
