She was a former resident of Newport and a member of the Auxiliaries of American Legion Post 177 and VFW Post 34.
Surviving are her husband, Bruce W. Bernheisel; a daughter, Martha O'Neal of Huber Heights, Ohio; two sons, Raymond Urich of Fisherville and Robert Urich of Dillsburg; a brother, Stanley L. Hockenberry, and two sisters, Louise Stahl and Kathleen Amsler, all of Newport; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Myers Funeral Home here with the Rev. K. Edward Brandt officiating. Burial will be in Red Hill Cemetery , Newport.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
