Duel N. Allen (Dec. 26, 1921 - Feb. 26, 1974)
Funeral services for Duel Newton Allen, 52, of 4626 Nettleton, Dallas, TX, inventory control manager of LTV Aerospace Corp. for nine years, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Grace Temple Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park.
He died here Tuesday.
A native of Emhouse, Navarro County, he had been a Dallas resident for nine years.
Allen retired in 1965 after 23 years as a U.S. Army officer. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of Grace Temple Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Hildegard, four sons, five brothers and two sisters.
