Ruth M. Dodson, 77, of Aurora passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at Provena Mercy Medical Center. She was born October 26, 1927 in Aurora, IL.
She is survived by three children, Daniel (Jennifer) Dodson of Aurora, Lynne Hankes of North Aurora and Beth Dodson of Aurora; her son-in-law, Cliff (Margie) Pensyl of Aurora; seven grandchildren, David (Pam) Dodson of Aurora, Michael (Kristyn) Dodson of Aurora, Kevin (Karen) Magrady of North Aurora, Sarah Magrady of North Aurora, Tom (Tracey) Dodson of Oswego, Jacquelin (Steve) Szilage of Aurora and Diana Hankes of Aurora; six great grandchildren, Tony, Marco, Derek, Katelyn, Alexis and soon to be Mia; two sisters, Rosemary Diederich of Aurora and Virginia (Herman) Stredde of Aurora; her sister-in-law, Lois Nickels; and many nieces and nephews.
she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Dodson; her daughter, Theresa Pensyl; her son, Larry Dodson; her parents, Marie (Hankes) and Edward Nickels; two brothers, George and Paul Nickels; and her sister, Kathryn Diederich.
