Funeral services for Dorothy Roberta Price, 61, Kansas, Okla., are 10 a.m., Saturday, March 25, 2006, at Kansas Christian Church, Kansas, with Bob Holden and Curt Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Kansas Cemetery, Kansas. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, March 24, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Ark.
Price died March 22, at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa. She was born April 16, 1944, in Salina, the daughter of Sylvester Green Loffer and Ollie Belle Moore Loffer. She lived most of her life in the Rose area and moved to Kansas eight years ago. She retired from Gates Rubber Company after 23 years of employment and was a member of Flint Ridge Chapel, Flint Ridge.
She married Troy C. Price on Aug. 31, 1962, in Pryor. Price was preceded in death by her father, Sylvester “Sib” Loffer, and one brother, Dan Loffer.
Survivors include her husband, Troy, of the home; two sons, Kevin Price and Lisa, Rose, and Danny Price and Jerrie, Decatur, Ark.; her mother, Ollie Loffer, Salina; one sister, Judy Spurgeon and Tommy, Locust Grove; six grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
