Last Rite Held for Miss Myra Barberousse

Funeral services were held last Friday afternoon at 3:30 at the Taylor Baptist Church, for Miss Myra Barberousse, age 22 years, who died Thursday in a Shreveport hospital.

Services were conducted by Rev. C. F. Eaglesfield, pastor of the Taylor Baptist Church and burial was in the Taylor cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Dennis funeral home in Minden.

Miss Barberousse graduated from the Gibsland high school in 1937 and received her B. S. degree from LPI (Louisiana Polytechnic Institute) in Ruston in May 1941. She was graduated from Oklahoma State University hospital as a student dietitician last January and became seriously ill soon after her graduation.

Survivors are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Barberousse ; two sister, Margie and Mary Barberousse of Taylor; three brothers, E. D. Barberousse, Springhill, J. F. Barberousse, Hosston, and E. R. Barberousse of Doyline.
