Cynthia Margaret Ballard, 88, of 220 Riverview Drive died at 12:16 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, 1994, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
Born June 9, 1906, in Mattoon to Todd and Mildred Brown, she married Olaf A. Ballard. He died May 14, 1977. One daughter, Patty June Ballard, died Jan. 19, 1994, and three sisters also preceded her in death.
Surviving is one son, Walter L. of Creve Coeur.
She worked in private home health care for 10 years. She also did photo-finishing for Heinz Drug Store in Creve Coeur.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Creve Coeur Chapel. The Rev. Eugene Talbott will officiate. Visitation will be one hour before services at the chapel. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
