Millie was born October 24, 1923 in Winnsboro, TX, daughter of Roy Lee and Kate Elizabeth Holt. She married Howard "Bud" Hall on December 19, 1944 in San Diego, CA while both were serving in the US Navy. She was stationed at the Naval Hospital in San Diego as a hospital corpsman and dental technician.
Millie and Bud lived most of their life in Cedar Falls, IA and were members of the First Christian Church for over 50 years. After the death of their son, Jon Edward Hall in 2004, they moved to Longmont to be near their daughter.
Survivors include daughter Phyllis (Pat) Patrick of Longmont, daughter-in-law Donna Hall of Cedar Falls, IA. Granddaughters Stephanie (Todd) Eberhardt of Mead, CO, Monica Sneed of Arlington, VA and Dr. Jenny Hall of Iowa City, IA. Great-grandchildren Tyler and Alexis Eberhardt, Dylan and Andrew Sneed. Sister Sue Sanders of Midwest City, OK and brother Jack (Donna) Holt of Norman, OK
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Howard, son Jon, three sisters and three brothers and her parents.
Cremation handled by Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory. Burial to be at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Waterloo, IA at a later date.
