Wife to James Dunham. Mary Ann and James married June 23, 1839 in Marshall County, Virginia. Their children were George Dudley, James M., Anthony, Nelson, John Lemley, Samuel, Katherine, Mary Burge Watson and Eliza Jane Palmer.
Much research has been done in attempting to identify her parents, without much luck. There are some good possibilities in that there were Goodrich's in Marshall and Wetzel Counties at the same time as her, but nothing has been verified. If anyone can shed more light on her parentage, please let me know. UPDATE: Numerous DNA matches demonstrate that Mary Ann is the daughter of James Goodrich and Elizabeth Ogle.
