Tricia Ann Borowy-Nagel (nee Miller), 45, of Elyria, peacefully passed away in her home with her family by her side Friday, March 8, 2013. She was born September 16, 1967 in Elyria and was a lifelong Elyria resident, and a 1986 Elyria High School graduate.
An amazing and loving mother to five daughters, she always strived to instill in each of them compassion, strength, passion and creativity. She enjoyed an active lifestyle, but mostly just loved to spend time with her family. She was a fantastic cook and photographer and enjoyed using her talents to create precious family memories. She is remembered as a beautiful and vibrant person who lovingly cared for everyone around her. Words can never describe how much she is loved and missed.
Survivors include her fiance, Kevin Borowy of Elyria; mother, Donna Miller of Elyria; daughters, Ahna (Andrew) Mullins of Lancaster, California, Alyxandria Nagel, Kennedy Nagel, Jules Nagel and Ava Borowy, all of Elyria; three granddaughters; sister, Michelle Miller (Jennifer Jarvis) of Lorain; brothers, John (Debbie) Miller of Elyria and Ron (Tamara) Miller of Amherst; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, V. Paul Miller.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 13, 2013 from 5 to 7 P.M. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Services will be Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 10 A.M. in the funeral home. The Rev. Brian Wilbert will officiate. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
