MUSTANG. Okla. - Ezzell Natawa Avey. 74. died Tuesday, Nov. 25. in Beaumont. Service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at J. Levy & Bro. Funeral Home, the Rev. June White officiating. Burial will follow in Grace Memorial Park in Alia Loma.

Mr. Avey was born Sept. 8. 1912 in Houston. He was a conductor with the Santa Fe Railroad, having retired in 1975 after 34 years of service. He was a member of the United Transportation Union Local No. 773 and the Fraternal Order of Moose. He was a resident of Galveston from 1940 to 1978.

Survivors include his wife. Lola Potts Avey of Mustang; a son. Phillip E. Avey of Silsbee; a daughter, Donna L. St. Clair of Galveston: a sister. DorothyBurns of Arlington; and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Edgar Muesse, Carl Hill, Charles hompson, Roger Workman, Mike Velasquez, Larry St. Clair, Howard Tabor and Witt Ross.

Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society. Visitors may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Thursday
