Elaine Reece, 79, of Bowling Green, died at 5:56 p.m. June 26, 2013, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Warren county native was born Feb. 15, 1934, a daughter of the late Oliver Grimes and Laura Wilson Grimes. She was preceded in death by two brothers, James Grimes and Calvin Grimes; and two sisters, Evona Tunks and Enola Mahoney.
Mrs. Reece was a homemaker, former employee of Holley Carburetor and was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
