UNION, Sept. 12 - Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Tarrant Huiet, 64, widow of Dr. Moses D. Huiet, who died Sunday morning in a Union hospital after a month's illness, were held Monday at 5:30 o'clock at the home of her son, conducted by Rev. T.C. Cannon and Rev. Bob S. Hodges. Burial was in Grace Methodist church cemetery.
Mrs. Huiet, a native of Newberry county, had lived in this city for the past 25 years.
Survivors include one son, Lin Huiet, of Union; one grandson; three sisters, Mrs. Fred Cartledge, Columbia; Mrs. Kathleen Cullum, Andrews, and Mrs. Mabel Spencer, Lander college, Greenwood, and one brother, W.T. Tarrant, Newberry.
