Howard T. Smith, 54, of R.D. 2, Route 13, Williamstown died Saturday morning, October 15, 1983, in Oswego Hospital. Born in Parish, Mr. Smith attended schools in Parish and Pulaski. An Army veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Smith was employed many years as a foreman at Larrabee Wire Co. in Camden. Surviving are his wife, Lucille M. Allen Smith; a son, David T; two daughters, Carol Deirman and Joann Lawrence, all of Williamstown; his mother, Rita Smith of Richland, a brother,
