WILLIAM BATZLER DIES WHENTRAIN STRIKES WAGON NEAR KEWASKUM

William Batzler, ages 42, a brother of Joseph Batzler, of this city, was killed yesterday afternoon when a train struck his wagon while he was crossing the railroad tracks at Theresa, near Kewaskum.

Joseph Batzler received notice of his brother's death yesterday afternoon and has gone to St. Kilian, Fond du Lac County, where the deceased lived.

Both of the horses were killed by the train and the wagon demolished.
