Dice was born on April 2, 1926 in Ionia , Jewell County, Kansas to Edna Lois Heaston (Colson) and Roy Thomas Lincoln Heaston.
Dice married Pattie Beth Heaston ( Rorabaugh) both of Kansas on December 29, 1945 at Smith Center, Smith County,Kansas.
Dice and Pattie had 5 children.

Dice served as an Honor Guard in World War II in the army then him and his wife Pattie moved from Kansas to Oregon around 1946.
Dice was a farmer for several farms around Yamhill County area, he was a very hard worker and made sure supper (Dinner and all meals) was on the table for his family, he then retired in 1998.


Dice is survied by his wife Pattie Heaston(Rorabaugh) of Salem, Oregon and also survied by his children sons Richard Heaston of McMinnville, Oregon Robert Heaston of Portland, Oregon (wife Elice) and Daughters Eva Guertner of Eatonville, Washington (husband William Guertner) Marilyn Robinson of Salem, Oregon( husband Jerry Robinson) and Carol Heaston of Kelso, Washington
Also survied by his grandchildren Jaclyn Robinson of Hollywood, California, Brian Robinson (wife Lacey) of Albany, Oregon Kyler Heaston of Portland, Oregon Phillip Heaston (Wife Angela) of Camas, Washington and Crystal Lewis "Dixon" (Husband Chris Lewis) of Dayton, Oregon and many great grandchildren
Proceeded in death by parents Edna Heaston (Colson) and Roy Thomas Lincoln Heaston.

Dice and Pattie was married for over 65 years when Dice passed on.
