Born in Key West, Mrs. Thompson was a native Floridian and had been a resident of Putnam County since 1920.
Surviving children are four daughters and two sons, Mrs. E. T. Schlecht, Mrs. H. G. Schlecht, Mrs. E. M. Priest, Mrs. George N. Armour, Eugene and Leonard Thompson.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Schlecht home Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. with the Rev. H. A. Spencer of St. James Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill East Cemetery. (Palatka Daily News Obituary dtd Tuesday, 15 Jan 1935.)
