Jeff, 12 years old, died in Childrens Medical Center, Dallas, Texas, on July 24, 1980. He died of Burkitts Lymphoma, which he had had for three and one-half months. He, his parents and siblings were living in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Jeffrey was adopted by his parents when his father was stationed in England in the service. He was a much beloved and cherished son, who is deeply missed.
