She was born May 26, 1935, in Kerrville, Texas, to Roy Lee and Ellen Isabel (Hutson) Seymour.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the Grandfalls School auditorium. Services are under the direction of Harkey Funeral Home.
Survivors include 3 sons, Michael Lee Mullins of Grandfalls, James Roy Mullins of Grandfalls and Roger Morris Mullins of Grandfalls; 1 brother, Randolph Seymour of Ingram; 6 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Morris Mullins; and her parents.
