Requiem high mass will be celebrated for Mrs. Lona Leahy, 72, at 9 a.m. Tuesday in St. Gerard's Catholic church with Rev. Matthew Webber, CSSR as celebrant. Burial will be in the family lot in Gethsemane. The body will remain at the Cantwell mortuary until time of services.
Mrs. Leahy died at 7:45 a.m. Saturday in her residence after an illness of four years. Born near Canton, she had lived most of her life in Lima.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn McCarthy, 1152 N. Main-st; Miss Catherine Leahy, Los Angeles, Calif.; and Mrs. Clara Barrey, 1231 N. Union-st; three sons, Carl, 935 N. Metcalf-st, Paul F., 143 W. Haller-st, and Thomas, at home; three sisters, Sister Placida, St. Frances hospital, New York, N.Y., Mrs. Margaret Fisher, 747 N. West-st, and Miss Teresa Ebner, 748 N. West-st; two brothers, Frank Ebner, 636 S. Scott-st and Gephart Ebner, Oregon, and nine grandchildren.
