Minnie was born to James Delaney and Phoebe Trotter Delaney. She was the second of nine children. Widowed at the death of her first husband, James Elliott, Minnie later married Bill Tocher and lived in Lake County until her death. Bill is buried in Solano County. Minnie's children were Frank Elliott and Charles Elliott, and their descendants live in Lake and Nevada Counties.

Gravesite Details

1993 Inventory of head stones included Mary's "Mother Minnie E. Tocher 1868-1943" however in 2016 headstone was not located for photo.
