Dies at Fordyce Saturday
Mrs. Mary Bauer, age 78 years, died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anton Willenbring, near Fordyce, Nebr. She was the wife of the late Mike Bauer. Prior to his death, they had lived in this community for over fifty years. He preceded her to the other world eight years ago.
After remaining in this community for about two years, Mrs. Bauer made her home with her daughter near Fordyce, where death occurred.
Relatives who mourn his passing are three daughters, four sons and three sisters.
The body was brought to Creighton, Tuesday morning. Funeral rites were held at St. Ludger Catholic church at 10 o'clock. Rev. Father Windolph conducted the services. Interment was made beside her husband in the Catholic cemetery.
