Hannah arrived in Philadelphia, PA, as a girl with her family aboard the "Two Brothers" in 1748. They settled in Pilesgrove, Salem Co., NJ, by 1750. She married George Horner before 1770, and with him had seven children (six of whom survived to have families of their own).

Hannah is known to have been buried at Oak Grove, though the gravestone does not survive.
