Edward Buckner Sealy, building contractor of Senatobia, MS died of a heart attack in downtown Senatobia yesterday. He was 58.

Mr. Sealy was the father of Richard Franklin Sealy, son of Mrs. H.P. Sealy and brother of Mrs. Robinson and Mrs. W.T. Turner, all of Memphis. He also leaves his wife, Mrs. Nellie Bell Turner Sealy of Senatobia, two other sons; Edward B. Sealy Jr. and William P. Sealy of Miami, FL; four daughters, Mrs. James Ferrell of New Orleans, Mrs. Russell Hadsky of Coldwater, MS, and MIss Mary Nell and Miss Shirley Sealy of Senatobia; another sister, Mrs. Lamar Wilborn of Como, MS and four grandchildren.
