Former Resident Dies in Hospital in Pittsburg
George Boylstein, Sr., died in Pittsburg Sunday morning, April 10, 1910, aged 63 years, of asthma and dropsy. The deceased was born in Germany, and came to this country when fifteen years of age, and nearly all his life was spent in and around Kittanning. He was married to Miss Susannah Wyant, who died some years ago. Five children survive him as follows: George L., of Kittanning, Mrs. J. B. Greer, Mrs. Homer Ruff; the Misses Sarah and Daisey, all of Pittsburg. Funeral Director George Kline, went down to Pittsburgh Sunday morning, prepared the remains for burial, and brought them to the home of George L. Boylstein, this place, where Rev. J. R. Taylor, of the M'Kean street M. E. church, will officiate at the funeral service Tuesday morning, at nine o'clock. The interment will be in the Kittanning Cemetery.
