Rockdale, Texas, Oct. 10. -- L.W. Sledge died at the family residence here Saturday. He was at one time local agent for the I.&.G.N. Railroad, later entering the Rockdale State Bank, and became cashier of that institution following the death of the late Fred H. Graves. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon.
