Samuel "John" Leonard Robinson, 88, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 1993 at Lassen Community Hospital in Susanville.
He was born September 13, 1904 in Doyle and had lived in Doyle area all of his life.
John had worked as an equipment operator for CalTrans for 30 years and was a member of the Doyle Senior Citizens Club.
Survivors include his wife Katherine and sons Bill and Leland of Doyle, and Stuart of Gerlach, NV. Also surviving are four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held Wednesday, Feb. 10 at the Doyle Community Center in Doyle with private cremation held at the Sierra Crematory in Reno.
