Polly A. Weaver, 87, of Greenville, passed away Saturday evening, June 15, 2013, at the Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville.

She was born August 9, 1925 in Columbus, the daughter of the late Milton and Maize Plummer.

Polly was retired from the Greenville Public Library.

She is survived by her sons, Jim (Kay) Weaver and Dave Weaver both of Greenville; grandchildren, Diana Weaver, Brittany (Andrew) Pepiot, Lance (friend, Kristen Wells) Weaver; and, Beth Weaver (mother of Brittany) of Greenville.

The family will receive friends at the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville, Wednesday, June 19, from 5-7 p.m.

A private burial will take place later in the Greenville Cemetery.

The family requests that memorial contributions be given to either the Brethren Retirement Community Resident Aid Fund or State of the Heart Hospice.
