Mr. Frank Madden, who spent last summer here as a guest of Dr. John F. Lillard, died at his home at Anchorage Sunday morning. He was born in Brooklyn, N. At the outbreak of the Civil War he enlisted in the fifteenth Kentucky Regiment, Federal Army, serving throughout the conflict as quartermaster under Col. Curran Pope.
