Albert was the son of the late John and Emilia (Ganster) Semler.
A graduate of the former Allentown Business School.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He was employed at the former General Acceptance Corporation, Allentown.
He was a faithful volunteer at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown for many years.
