VESSELS, MR. PETER FRANCIS, passed on in his 71st year, Thursday, June 8, 1950, at 12:19 p.m., at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Charles E. Medley, 3013 Meade Ave. Beloved husband of Mrs. Anna S. Vessels (nee French); devoted father of Mrs. Charles E. Medley, Mrs. Bernard Elder, Owensboro, Ky.; Mrs. James Mughes, Mt Vernon, Ohio; Mrs. Henry Galloway, Owensboro, Ky.; Mrs. William Kirsh, Loudonville, Ohio; Mrs. J. C. Matz, Louisville, Ky., and Gene, Leon and John Vessels; also survived by his 36 grandchildren. Remains motored from the Godfrey F. Russman Funeral Home, 1041 Goss Ave., Thursday evening, to the Owensboro Funeral Home, Owensboro, Ky. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 8:30 o'clock in the funeral home and 9 o'clock at St. Paul 's Church. Interment in Owensboro Catholic Cemetery. (He is buried in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery, Owensboro, KY.)
