Mrs. Anna Lorenzen, 101, who resided with her daughter, Mrs. Anna Heffernan, 3534 84th street, Jackson Heights, L.I., N.Y., died Thursday at City Hospital, Elmhurst, L.I., after a brief illness. Born in Germany, she resided in Hazleton before locating in Jackson Heights 40 years ago. The deceased was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church, Jackson Heights, and Holy Trinity R.C. Church, North Laurel street, this city.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter, in 1936. Surviving are these children: Arthur, Astoria, L.I.; Elizabeth, Jackson Heights; Mrs. Bertha Wagner and Mrs. Evelyn Toter, Hazleton; Hedwig, Albert and Mrs. Anna Heffernan, Jackson Heights; Robert, Rochelle Park, N.J.; and Martin, Detroit. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

The funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from the Pusti Funeral Home, 480 West Broad street. Requiem high mass will be celebrated at 9:30 in Holy Trinity R.C. Church, North Laurel street. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call this evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
