Earl Wilcoxson Sr.

FLORIS -- Earl Allen Wilcoxson Sr., 60, of Floris Route 1, died Nov. 11, 1984, at St. Joseph Hospital.

He was born Jan. 4, 1924, at Ute, to Sam and Ethel Johnson Wilcoxson. A retired truck driver for Dickey Transport, he was also a member of the Church of Christ of Eldon and a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his mother of Bloomfield Route 8; four sons, Earl Allen Jr. of Milton, James of Clinton, Okla., Michael of Albia and Clayton of Knoxville; one daughter, Jeanette Rhodes of Mexia, Texas; three brothers, Ervin Wilcoxson of Bloomfield Route 8, Sam Jr. of Pekin, Ill., and Louis of Ottumwa; one sister, Margaret Nupp of Eldon; and 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services are pending at the Shrine of Memories Funeral Home and Mausoleum.
