Vivian Corinne Kaiser, 91 of Rochelle, Il died Friday June 7, 2013 at St. Anthony Hospital. She was born Dec 25, 1921 in White Bear Lake Twp, MN., the daughter of Solomon and Inger Espeland Rogde. She married Herman D. Kaiser Sept. 25, 1942. He preceded her on Jan. 26, 1979. Also preceded by step son Herman Jr. 1 brother Gurtis Rogde of Steward and 2 sisters Inez Bales of Steward and Margaret Jacobson of California, Memberships include Rochelle United Methodist Church, American Legion Aux., The Loyal Order of the Moose and Past President of Women Aux. V.F.W. Post 3878. Vivian was retired from Caron Int. after 49 years. Vivian and Herman enjoyed bowling and in later years much of her time was spent watching the Cubs. She also enjoyed playing with her brothers dog, Buddy. Funeral services will be Monday June 10th at 10:30 at Unger-Horner Funeral Home, with visitation from 9:30 to 10:15 on Monday. Survivors: brother Donald (Joanne) Rogde of Rochelle and a sister Alice Norlin of Elmhurst, IL. and many nieces and nephews. Memorials to V. F. W. Auxiliary. Burial will be in Trinity Memory Gardens Cemetery.
