JERSEY CITY Doris M. Baratta (Elsaesser), 85, a lifelong Jersey City resident, passed away peacefully at home with her family on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. She will always be remembered as a loving wife and mother. Beloved wife of 64 years to Emanuel A. Baratta; loving mother of Doris Elias, Louis & Louise Baratta, Ginny and John Dady, Mary and Jack Trainor, Matthew Baratta, Nicholas Baratta, Edward Baratta, Grace & Mike Mykytok and the late John Paul Baratta; devoted sister of Edward and Gloria Elsaesser; cherished grand-mother of 11 and great-grandmother of 8. Funeral on Monday, 9:30 AM at the funeral home, Funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist Church, 10:30AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, N. Arlington.
