Edgar Otero, age 74, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on June 4, 2013.
Edgar is survived by his children, David Otero and his wife, Charlotte, Rebecca Sandoval and her husband, Mario, Stella Salcido and Michelle Montoya and her husband, Troy, the mother of his children, Dolores Otero, Elinora Oliver, Mary Jane Martin and Meg Luther, grandchildren, Jordan, Marisa, Monica, Marco, Ashley, Emily, Monique and Alyssa.
Edgar was preceded in death by his parents, Estanislado and Adelfita Otero, step-mother, Anita Otero and sisters, Rose Otero, Luggie Walker and Julia Perea.
Edgar was a loving father and grandfather. Edgar retired from TWA Airlines after 30 years of service, where he developed a love for travel which he shared with his family.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mouny Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Otero, Jordan Salcido, Andrew Anderson, Mario Sandoval, Paul Salcido and Clovis Salcido.
