Henry E. Brady, 70, Hanover, died this morning at 6:30 at his home. He was born in Edgegrove, the son of the late Harry and Jenny Fidler Brady.
He was a retired employee of Doubleday Co., and also the owner and operator of the Brady Store in Edgegrove for 55 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Basilic, Edgegrove.
Surviving in addition to whis widow, Anna Mae Livelsberger are two daughters, Mrs. Carroll W. Little, Hanover and Mrs. James A. Klunk, Hanover, one son, Robert C., Reseda, Cal.; three brothers, Rev. Msgr. Carl D., St. Rose of Lima Church, York; Roy, Hagerstown, Md.; Clyde, Farmington, Mass.; three sisters, Miss Erma Brady, Hanover; Sr. Pauline Marie (SSJ) St. Joseph's, Hanover and Sr. Genevieve Foxchase, Philadelphia; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, meeting at the Hicks Funeral Home in McSherrystown at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. with his pastor, Rev. Msgr. Thomas J. McGough, celebrant. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
