Christene B. Fagan passed away on July 10, 2010 in Reno, NV at the age of 84.

She was born on October 12, 1925 to James Alvy and Martha (Walkingstick) Seaton in Stilwell, OK.

Christene married Daniel Fagan in Reno, NV on October 10, 1954 and they were happily married for 56 years.

Christene loved and practiced her Catholic faith, always faithful to her God and family. She loved all animals and all animals loved her. She admired all beautiful scenery around her and enjoyed life completely.

Christene was a member of the Cherokee Nation and was very proud of her Cherokee heritage. She was kind, patient, understanding and a good listener. Christene was an accomplished golfer. She was president of the Lakeridge Ladies Club, president of St. Johns County Ladies Club in St. Augustine, FL and was the Ladies Club Champion at St. Johns County Golf Course. She was president of Corpus Christie Ladies Guild and St. Thomas of Aquinas Catholic Church. She was also an avid fan of the Oklahoma Sooners football team.

Christene is preceded in death by her grandmother Nancy Walkingstick and her parents Alvy and Mattie Seaton.

She is survived by her husband Daniel Fagan of Reno, Bridgette, Shirley, Patrick, Mike, other numerous nieces and nephews..

Christene was a beautiful lady inside and out in both her heart and soul. She was loved by all and will be deeply missed.

A recitation of the Rosary will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at the Ross Burke & Knobel Chapel, in Reno. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Thomas of Aquinas Catholic Church on Friday, July 16, 2010 with interment to follow at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery, Reno, NV.
