Henry Cornelius Cato , (ROANOKE) Henry Cornelius Cato, age 62, of 806 West Ave., Roanoke, passed away at his home Saturday, June 30, at 12 noon.
Mr. Cato is survived by his wife; 3 sons, Ferris, Tommy and Wayne Cato of Roanoke; 3 daughters, Mrs. Ellene Taylor of Wadley Rt.1, Mrs. Juanita Powell of Louisville, Ky., and Mrs. Ruth Calhoun of Roanoke; 9 grandchildren; 1 brother, William Cato of LaFayette; 5 sisters, Mrs. Cora Brown of Columbus, Ga., Mrs. Myrtis Clifton of Fort Payne, Ala., Mrs. Marshie Prather of Roanoke Rt. 1, Mrs. Viola Newman of Eclectic, and Miss Marvie Cato of Fairfax. Funeral services for Mr. Cato were conducted at 3 oclock Sunday afternoon from Lebanon Christian Church by Rev. Frank Lee and Rev. Ellis Hendrix. Burial was in the church cemetery.
