Russell O. Troutman, 87, of Wellersburg, a retired farmer, died July 7, 1980. A native of Wellersburg, he was a son of the late Amos Troutman and Isabell (Blubaugh) Troutman.
His wife, Nora (Hosselrode) Troutman, preceded him in death. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Wellersburg.
He is survived by three sons, Leroy R. Troutman and Ray I. Troutman, both of Wellersburg; Harvey A. Troutman, Wichita Falls, Tex.; one daughter, Mrs. Norma Carpenter, Hyndman; one brother, Allen E. Troutman, Wellersburg; one sister, Mrs. Edith Lepley, LaVale, Md.; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Friends were received at the Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, with the Rev. Ken Korns officiating. Interment Restlawn Memorial Gardens. The Republic, Meyersdale, PA, July 10, 1980
