MRS. BENJAMIN F. BELL
Mrs. Mary E. Bell, widow of Benjamin F. Bell, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mantie Stephens, North Maiden street, Friday, November 21, aged 84 years. Mrs. Bell was a daughter of Thomas and Sarah Hoge Adamson and was born August 27, 1846, in Morgan township, and spent her entire life in Greene county. In 1886 she was united in marriage with Benjamin F. Bell, whose death occurred in 1898. Mrs. Bell was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist church. Three children survive, Mrs. Clemmie Montgomery and W. T. Bell, of Waynesburg R. D. 6, and Mrs. Mantioe Stephens, of Waynesburg, with whom she made her home. Stephen Daamson, of Waynesburg, R. D. 6, is a brother. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Paul Brown. Interment in the Adamson burial ground.
