Lisa was a compassionate, funny, nurturing and creative person, a great storyteller, and always positive and empathetic to others. Her hobbies included sewing, decorating, planning activities with her family, shopping with her sister Missy, visiting with her wonderful neighbors, and working with preschool children.
Her greatest joys were caring for her husband Mike and her twins Molly and Michael. Lisa loved shopping and home decorating projects. She touched our lives with her beauty which was not only on the outside but internal. Lisa had a wonderful sense of humor and brought us to tears with her stories. Her compassion for life was emulated through her two beautiful children.

Parents Richard and Maryella Garman from Norman, Oklahoma, and her only sister Melissa Garman Whisler and nephew Carson Whisler, also from Norman, Oklahoma. Grandmother, Freda Garman of Oklahoma City; aunts and uncles, Steve Garman of Decatur, Ill., Donald Mapes of Oklahoma City, Donna Garman of Pensacola, Fla., Lucille Mapes of Oklahoma City, Margie Horany of Oklahoma City; 25 Cieminski nieces and nephews and her best friend Kathy Joyce Tanksley from Edmond, Oklahoma.
An Evening Prayer Service was held for Molly and Lisa at Smith & Kernke Chapel in OKC. Mass of Christian Burial was held at the Church of the Epiphany of the Lord, in OKC. Lisa and her daughter Molly were buried in the Resurrection Memorial Cemetery, Oklahoma City.
A Memorial Mass was held on Dec. 17, 2002 at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church in McKinney, Texas.
